Back Pain ? - Try something new

The Old Way

Many years ago, we used to recommend bed rest for back pain. Research, however has showed us that prolonged bed rest was a very bad idea. In addition, medications (non steroidal anti-inflammatories NSAIDS) were recommended for back pain. Current recommendations urge us to change our approach to back pain. A recent study showed that NSAIDS aren't that great for back pain. In fact, current recommendations say that the best idea may be to avoid medication in the initial stages of back pain.
